The course equips the postgraduate students with essential knowledge, attitudes and practice  needed to apply motivation and leadership theories, use a strategies to deal with staffing problems, retaining the right staff& upgrading their practice.

Intended Learning Outcomes of Course (ILOs)
By the end of the course the student should be able to:

A1- Define workplace violence, absenteeism and turnover, staff development, staffing process,   and magnet hospital,
A2- List causes of absenteeism,  and turnover. 
A3- List  objective of staff development
A4-State the classification of turnover
A5-Enumerate factors affecting staffing
A6-Identify who at risk factor for potential violence
A7-Discuss the process of staffing
A8- Recognize the characteristics of magnet nursing services
A9-Identify forces of magnetism
